Treacle, Glucose syrup, Maltose syrup
Treacle is produced by help of Starch Conversion with usage of acids and/or enzymes preparation. Corn grain is main raw material in production at Starch and Treacle Plants, it is grinded and in aqueous medium with usage of physical processes it is separated on components: Starch, fiber, germ, protein. Starch in a view of solution (starch slurry) hydrolyzes with obtain definite carbonic compound and come to filtration. Macro purification processes, micro purification, nano purification are performed at syrup filtration process. Final syrups are boiled and at the result caramel treacle is produced. Treacle of different carbonic compound and different purification degree is widely used in Food Industry as main filler, sweetener. And also lot of treacle properties, which are produced under the terms of modern technological process, make it possible to replace and exclude the outdated schemes of food production, in every possible way to diversify products and replace some expensive raw materials, increasing enterprise efficiency – treacle processing. Customer enterprises spectrum of Starch Treacle is very wide: this is 80-90 percents of confectionary industry, at candy production, cakes, fruit jelly, marshmallow, ice cream. Also around the world all brewers changed their approach with the whole production to use one of kinds of Starch Treacle – Maltose Syrups, which cause to decreasing of its first cost under the line with improves of taste properties. Despite mentioned above Starch Treacle is wide used wine-makers, beekeepers, manufacturers of juices and drinks. Thus Starch Treacle has found deserving place in human life. |
