The company «AMYLCO» has built and launched a massive range of local treatment facilities of Millerovo plant, investing more than 50 million rubles. This complex is the only enterprise in Russia on starch and sugar industries. Sewage treatment plants are built using innovative European technologies and equipment that use the most modern achievements of world science in the field of water treatment. The new complex is 90% automated, minimizing the «human factor», the volume of 5000 m3 of water chamber (which is more than water chamber on Millerovo municipal wastewater treatment plants), introduced a system of neutralization, aeration, bio-clean and efficient system of sludge-removal – all it provides high-quality water treatment and compliance in the discharge of Municipality «Vodokanal» water utility. It will also continue to use the effluent for agricultural use. In fact, the plant was built with a separate mini-laboratory for wastewater treatment plant.

Specialists and technicians of the company and its partners «EUROSNAB-Tashkent LLC» had held meetings, talks, master-class with customers and future potential buyers of syrup of «AMYLCO». It had got «Diploma of the Quality Master» for high quality products and for a unique product «Syrup G65 – texture-oriented for high-fat ice-cream».

During quarter 4 2011 the works on the installation and installation of new equipment, including capacitive, pumps, demineralization station, automation and the forage dryer. All this has increased the volume of processing of corn and produce up to 9000 tons of syrup per month. In November 2011 the company «AMYLCO» together with Vologodsk State Milk Academy named Vereshchagin had finished scientific and research project «Development technology of condensed milks and milk-content products with sugar and with adding the starch syrup». The practical results of the work:

• it has been determined the most appropriate for the replacement of sucrose by glucose high-sugar demi-syrup in condensed milk and milk-content products with sugar, which is 20-30%;
• it had been carried out realize of the product in a laboratory and semi industrial conditions;
• it had been studied the organoleptic, physics and chemicals and microbiological quality parameters, which proved that all products comply with requirements of GOST R 53436-2009 «Canned milk. Milk and cream, concentrated with sugar. Technical terms».
• It had been developed technical terms and technical instructions for condensed milk and milk-content products with sugar and glucose high-sugar syrup;
• It had been done the economic proof of replace sucrose by the glucose high-sugared syrup, which is showed that under the usage of demi-syrups «Amylco 365» the increasing of the first cost of the final product is up to 7-10%.

Specialists and technologists of the company Amylco are ready to consult and give an assistance of adoption the demi-syrup “Amylco 365” for increasing of the sugar consumption and the first cost of condensed milk. 16-17 November 2011 the company Amylco took part and made a presentation at an international conference “Graintek-2011”. Thw company presentation has been highly appreciated by all participants – once again showing that the Millerovo project is the only in Russia and CIS countries for deep processing of the corn into starch. At the conference the company Amylco held intensive discussions with potential partners from Russia and Europe to further redistribution of high glucose in biomaterials. It was planned on the basis of the creation of high-tech cluster in Millerovo with the construction of new plants for production of complex sugars and boiplastics. Referring to the activities of the Administration of Rostov Region, which is persuing a policy of public-private partnership, will provide an industrial area and the economic incentives for opening new plants, a number of negotiating parties interested in our offer. There are a lot of confidence that based on the site will Millerovo highly technological biocluster for deep processing of grain into biomaterials.

«Graintek» is the first specializing conference in Russia, devoted to all aspects of deep grain process. Conference «Graintek - 2009» had passed on 26 -27 of November 2009 in Centre of International Trade on Krasnaya Presnya. More than 150 specialists took part from 12 countries.

Vice-President of Russian Biotechnologists Society and the President of Biofuel Association Aleksey Ablaev proposed to us the participation and presentation in the conference. The main purpose of the conference is to discuss develop perspectives of firm demand on grain on Russian territory and CIS, and also all problems and aspects of deep grain process.

«The second year in succession high harvest cause to the price decreasing for grain because of limited domestic and export markets. The lonely strategically right going out situation is development of deep grain process for consolidation of domestic grain market. At the same time we will export not a raw material, we will export products of high additional cost – starch, fibrin (wheat gluten), glucose and glucose – fruit syrups, which can be very demanded on the domestic and external markets for the production of fast degradable bioplastic and many others materials» – Vice-President of Russian Biotechnologists Society and the President of Biofuel Association Aleksey Ablaev commented.

There was proved current data of Russian Grain Industry condition under the conference. In 2008 it was gathered harvest 108 million tones of grain, consumed 70 million, exported 20 million, left 20 million more, with which it is not known what to do. From its, due to different values, lost up to 10 million tones due to lack of capacity for storage and processing. Sooner or later Russia will have to do Biofuel and deep grain processing, specialists guess.
