Modified starch

For improving quality, and also for developing a new food products the different Modified Starch are used more frequent (E1400 – 1450), which are considered as additive. It is produced of native starches in result of physical, chemical, biochemical or combined processing depending on using field of final product.

Different kinds of Modified Native starches cause to formation of a new characteristics, that significantly widens possibilities of its usage in food and others technologies.
